Postage

Postage: Standard Postage charges for most items are as follows: 
    Standard postage within Australia: AU$ 2.00 
    Standard postage outside Australia: AU$ 3.00

Additional postage charges apply for coins and some special items. 
Items will be posted within 3 to 4 working days of receipt of payment. 
Exact postage charges for eBay auctions are specified under "Postage, Payment details and return policy" section of eBay auction listings. 
Airmail postage must be paid for deliveries outside Australia.
Registered Postage: Not mandatory but is recommended specially for high value items. Optional registered postage charges for most items are as follows:
    Registered Postage within Australia: AU$ 3.30
    Registered Postage outside Australia: AU$ 12.00
Additional charges apply for some items. Postage Restrictions may apply.

Free postage for additional items: In most cases, there is no additional postage charge for multiple purchases provided a single payment is made. This is not applicable for all items.

Special Packaging: Current method of packaging has proved to be very successful and is considered adequate to avoid any possible damage in the post. However, please inform if you require any special packaging to suit your local conditions. 

Feedback: For eBay auctions, feedback will be left as soon as payment is confirmed. Buyer's feedback is appreciated as soon as items are received. Your comments and suggestions through e-mail is much appreciated. 

Loss of items in post: Buyer must inform of items not received within 14 days of submitting PayPal Payment or Bank transfer and 21 days of sending payment by post to qualify for replacement or full/part refund. A replacement fee may apply depending on the item. Alternatively, the buyer may wish to pay for a guaranteed replacement. 
From April 2005, no replacement will be provided for lost deliveries to Malaysia (excluding what is recoverable through registered postage insurance). 

Claiming lost packages: Claims will be submitted to Australia Post where possible for any packages lost in the post as permitted by and in accordance with Australia Post Terms and Conditions. Payments received will be set off against replacement cost.  

Payments

PayPal Payments in AU$ or US$: By default, Buyer will be invoiced in AU$ for PayPal payments.  Buyer is required to inform before making payment if payment is to be made in US$. A separate PayPal payment request will be sent for PayPal payments in US$. Buyer should not make PayPal payments in US$ without obtaining confirmation of exact US$ amount. 

Direct Deposits: Direct Deposits are accepted only within Australia. Telegraphic Transfers from other countries will be accepted depending on the value.

Money Orders (Australia only): Money Orders are accepted only within Australia. 

Cash by Post: Sending cash by post is not recommended. However, you can do so at your own risk. Only US$ or AU$ Banknotes are accepted. Coins or any other currency will not be accepted.
