For eBay auctions, feedback will be left as soon as payment is
confirmed. Buyer's feedback is appreciated as soon as items are received. Your
comments and suggestions through e-mail is much

Loss
of items in post:
Buyer must inform
of items not received within 14
days of submitting PayPal Payment or Bank transfer and 21 days
of sending payment by post to qualify for replacement or
full/part refund. A replacement fee may apply depending on the
item. Alternatively, the buyer may wish to pay for a guaranteed replacement.
From
April 2005, no replacement will be provided for lost deliveries to Malaysia
(excluding what is recoverable through
registered postage insurance). |

Claiming
lost packages: Claims will be submitted to
Australia Post where possible for any packages lost in the
post as permitted by and in accordance with Australia Post Terms and
Conditions. Payments
received will be set off against replacement cost. |
